Business Goals – Online Workshop

With support from FIRST, NEL Fund Managers and a small community of ambitious entrepreneurs, join us in rebuilding, recalculating and rethinking business strategies for the new world!

THE PROCESS:

Stage 1

A confidential 121 phone call with FIRST to discuss your thoughts/plans/direction including the completion of a survey using an analytical strategy tool – 30 minutes.

Stage 2

A detailed, bespoke, strategy report produced and sent to you. The report will include a review of your businesses impact, growth, financials, leadership, innovation, support network, marketing, sales, people & skills.

Stage 3

An invite only community event exploring trending topics in strategic thinking including inspirational speakers, peer to peer networking and real time, local information to give you the confidence, motivation and tools to succeed. 120 minutes online.

Stage 4

A follow up, bespoke email from our expert partners NEL Fund Managers – they will assist you with signposting, connections and further information in how to support your new business strategy.

OBJECTIVES:

• Speak to like minded people about your business and not just the problems you are facing juggling all of your new hats
• Make new connections/grow your network – remember you are not alone
• Share new ideas in a safe space & gain real time feedback
• Gain tools to improve your business strategy
• Get expert support
• Have fun talking about business again!

ELIGIBILITY:

Please note, due to the funding of this event, only trading SMEs registered in Durham, Northumberland or Tyne & Wear area are eligible for the event & support. Should you not be eligible, we shall advise you upon completion of the event registration link.
