For the majority of investors, particularly corporate investors, your financial projections must be credible and supportive of your story and consistency is key. We’ll build a simple cashflow model from scratch and demo some of the other tools available to help. We’ll look at both a subscription and professional services income model, and challenge the mistakes that even the most experience business owners face in their own forecast models.
