Sales Superstars is a series of workshops brought to you by NEL Fund Managers, designed to guide you through the sales process and perfect your sales and business development strategy. The sessions are delivered by Moira Barnes of Moira Barnes Sales Consultancy, and will include 7 hours face to face plus downloadable workbooks and out of session homework.
What you will cover:
Session 1 (4th May 10-11)
A one-hour introduction to the programme.
Session 2 (11th May 10-12)
Discover your unique value proposition, identify your ideal customers and conduct a competitor analysis.
Session 3 (18th May 10-12)
Focus on your marketing and develop your sales sequence strategy and messaging.
Session 4 (25th May 10-12)
Learn how to effectively close the sale. Master the art of objection handling and the importance of following up on your sales.
This is a 9-hour programme. In addition to the 7 hours face to face, you will be provided with downloadable workbooks and will be expected to do some homework. This will ensure that you are fully prepared for the sessions and can get the best out of them. You must commit to attend all four sessions.
